The course focuses on developing the intermediate-level skills students need to enhance their reading and writing processes. It provides students with tools to express themselves through writing various genres of academic paragraphs, helping them understand text organization as they progress toward essay writing. Students will transition from composing paragraphs to crafting well-structured essays, mastering key aspects of academic writing, including grammar, vocabulary, and mechanics. Additionally, they will engage with diverse texts to apply reading techniques learned in previous semesters, as well as those introduced in this course.
