The course has a twofold justification. First, the class is intended for students with a C1 level. Which means that all the discussions, and creative work will be conducted in English.  An advanced level of language use is expected in this interaction. On the other hand, the course will explore task-based instruction and project work as two innovative methodological frameworks that can be implemented as part of the course and in the student-teachers’ professional practices. This course compliments previous classes related to L2 methodology, SLA, and Evaluation and Assessment and focuses on enabling students to deal with theoretical knowledge in relation to TBLT and PBI. The course is also concerned with the design of tasks and projects according to the current trends in L2 teaching/learning.
