This course aims to guide future foreign language
teachers to explore key concepts, theories, and controversies within the field
of Second Language Acquisition (SLA). The knowledge previously acquired of psychological aspects of language learning will facilitate the analysis of advances
in SLA in the last two decades, and the issues that influence the acquisition of
a second language. The course intends to serve as a theoretical and practical guide
for future language teachers so that they can analyze the nature of second
language acquisition theories.
