This course has been designed for the students of the fifth semester of the Bachelor's Degree on Foreign Languages with an Emphasis on English, who are at an intermediate level and who
need to move forward to a solid foundation of the linguistic system of the
language they are learning. Students are going to be exposed to authentic
reading and listening material and the speaking practice will be based on real
world tasks. The tasks will contribute to the students’ continuous build-up of
the grammatical foundation accompanied with a strong development of the
vocabulary needed to communicate in everyday situations at their level both
using social and academic language.
