Application video 1: Introducing yourself

Hello, dear students! I hope you’re enjoying your week!
a. Say hello and provide basic personal information. Base on the following questions to organize your information:

a.3 Where are you from?
a.4 Who do you live with?
a.5 Have you got any pets?
a.6 What do you study?
a.7 What do you do in your free time?
You must include all the bullet points above.
Additionally, we are going to include two of the speaking activities from the topics we have studied in class:

b.2 What do you do after getting up?
b.3 Do you work?
Where do you work?
What time do you start work?
What time do you finish work?
b.4 What time do you start school (university)?
What time do you finish school?
b.5 Do you relax in the evening?
What do you do?
b.6 What time do you go to bed?
b.7 How do you feel at the end of the day?
Make sure to cover all the bullet points above!
c. Speaking Exercise (page 71):
Short preparation:
Make a food diary for yesterday. Write what food and drink you had (ate/drank):
· Breakfast: a cup of coffee, some cereal…
· Lunch: ….
· Dinner: ….
· Maybe some snacks in the middle?...
c.1 In your video, say what you had (ate/drank) yesterday (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc). Say where you had it and who made it.
Example:
I had breakfast at home, and I made it. I had/drank a cup of coffee and some cereal…
Important: To refer to food, use quantifiers from files 9A and 9B.
Length of the video: between 1 and 3 minutes
Technical aspects:
Record your video horizontally.
Use good illumination.
No background music or noise. You must talk clearly and loudly!
