The course is designed to provide
student-teachers with more specific skills regarding evaluation, assessment,
and test construction. This course complements previous courses related to L2
methodology, and SLA, and focuses on enabling students to deal with terminology
in the field of assessment and clarify the ambiguity related to the issue. The
course is also concerned with the design of instruments to appropriately assess
language development in an integrated way, according to the current trends in
L2 teaching/learning.
